- We held our quarterly company-wide meeting with updates from our departments. It's a great way to come together to answer each other's questions and discuss upcoming plans for the future!

- We earned several certifications and accreditations, including:
- GOOGLE: Premier Partner, AdWords Search, Shopping & Display Advertising
- BING: Ads Accredited Professionals
- AMAZON: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Business Professional, AWS Technical Professional
- We welcomed three new people to the team:
- Meet Senior Designer Nathan Burge - he's an award-winning musician who has toured Europe, Canada and Japan. He once traded some design work to an artist for a giant oil portrait of himself in a gold frame!
- Meet Project Manager Ilona Kopelman - she likes to build DIY furniture and, on occasion, decode a lengthy Ikea furniture assembly manual. She also loves to go skiing, play tennis, and do extreme canoeing!
- Meet Developer Brandon Jones - he loves doing extreme sports and he also experiments with hardware and electronics in free time. He once created his own garage door opener using a Raspberry Pi which you can control from your phone!
- We hosted The New Dynamic Meetup: a great resource for designers and developers!
- We finished soundproofing our latest conference rooms, so they are ready to go! Check out the process below:

- Every month, we hold a fun “10 Things” presentation and celebration, where a few different employees present 10 things about themselves in any way that they choose. This month was Spicer Matthews, Kerri Connolly, Kate Lechleiter, Dana Moore, and Jessica Kustra.

- We learned that Spicer used to own and operate a skate shop, Kerri is a proud New Yorker born and raised in "The Forgotten Borough" of Staten Island, Kate loves to read and ride her bicycle, Dana performs comedy and loves costume parties, and Jessica has a giant comic book collection!
We are excited to see what lies ahead of us this season!
