We had a great turnout for the NYC Craft CMS Meetup that we hosted with Craft CEO Brandon Kelly! Big thanks to Brandon and everyone who attended and shared their knowledge. We love being part of such a collaborative community!
- Speaking of the Craft CMS community, we're platinum sponsors of the inaugural Craft CMS developer conference Dot All, taking place in Portland, Oregon on October 22-23.
- We made the Inc 5000 list of the nation's fastest-growing private companies for the 5th year in a row! Shout-out to our awesome team and clients for making this honor possible!

Here at the Vector office, we love getting together for Vector Labs! With great team members offering their different areas of expertise, we get to demo and appreciate new ideas and methodologies across all the teams. Design & Branding Partner Nick Spriggs walked us through Vector's design process. Nick talked about the stages of design discovery, and how we collaborate with clients at every step of the way. Knowing why and how the design process works helps our clients develop a sense of ownership and excitement.

We welcomed someone new to the team!
- Meet Project Manager Elaine Shivers-Cacanindin - she is a novice neon bender and avid yoga practitioner. She also makes homemade pickles and bottles her own hot sauce!

We cooled off the end of summer at our annual Vector summer party! The Vector crew and our shipmates hopped aboard a ship and had an amazing time eating, drinking, and being merry as we sailed around the picturesque NYC harbor.
- As summer drew to a close, so did volleyball season. Our volleyball team may have ended the season with only a few wins to our name, but we didn't care! We improved in communication as a team, and Maggie wrote about learning from our failures in her blog post: When Is It Okay to Fail?

Cooper Henry (Stu's son, pictured with Stu) and Sarah Weinberg (Matt's daughter, pictured with her office BFF Maggie) visited us at the office just before starting school. Keep an eye out for these future Vector superstars!
